Tonight you’re going to dinner at your buddy Gaston’s, who swears by organic wines, and you have no idea which wine to choose, nor do you want to break the bank? Thanks to this little top, you’ll know which are the best organic wines under 15€, and it’s all available on twil.fr!

Raisins Gaulois – Marcel Lapierre

Let’s start with the best-known Beaujolais: Marcel Lapierre! You’re probably familiar with its Morgon and MMXVIII vintages, but what about its Raisins Gaulois mini-cuvée? To be drunk young, this Gamay juice is simply delicious. A bouquet of red fruits, explosive aromas, invigorating freshness… In short, all the ingredients are here to create a wine for friends that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a fine piece of meat or fatty charcuterie.

Available on twil at 11€20!

Mozaïk – Pithon Paillé

Let’s change color, grape variety and region and head for Anjou and Domaine Pithon-Paillé! This 100% Chenin cuvée has a very clear, pale gold color and a nose with very fresh aromas of white-fleshed fruit. A full-bodied, well-balanced wine on the palate, with a lingering finish offering a hint of saltiness. A wine to enjoy as an aperitif, with grilled salmon or coconut curry chicken. You can also indulge yourself by tasting its Mosaïk red brother, 100% Cabernet Franc, or its cousin the Grololo (€12.50), a single-varietal Grolleau noir: fruit, fruit and lots of deliciousness!

Mozaïk available in red and white for €14.50 on twil and Grololo for €12.50!

I have an appointment with you – Domaine Rière Cadène

Head south with Domaine Rière Cadène and its cuvée J’ai rendez-vous avec vous in IGP Côtes Catalanes. I sincerely believe that this gun holds the record for the best value for money ever! A 100% Grenache cuvée, superbly fruity with light hints of spice, but above all unrivalled roundness and deliciousness. I discovered it in a typical bobo wine bar in the 17th arrondissement (La Félicitée), and can’t recommend it highly enough. A real thirst-quenching wine for friends, it can be drunk without limit until the wee hours of the morning… Be careful not to overindulge!

Available at 7€90 on twil!

Marie Antoinette – Aubert et Mathieu

We’re still in the south of France, but directly to Aubert & Mathieu. This house is the brainchild of two young entrepreneurs, Anthony Aubert and Jean Charles Mathieu, who recently launched their wine import and trading business not far from Carcassonne. However, these two young people are not simply traders. Very concerned about the environment and biodiversity, they meticulously select their grapes to produce only wines that respect the terroir and have a clean, distinguished taste. Just like this estate, the Cuvée Marie Antoinette, in AOC Corbières, is a small, fruity, spicy wine, very expressive with minty nuances, which caresses the palate and disappears with finesse, in a long, sapid finish. Once again, a wine for friends to enjoy on any occasion!

Available at 12€90 on twil!

Cuvée N°3 – Domaine Le Fay d’Homme

Last but not least, cuvée N°3 from domaine Le Fay d’Homme. We’re in the Loire, and in the Vin de France appellation for this cuvée. 100% Cabernet Franc, this wine is produced in just over 1,000 units. Luscious and fruity, this wine exudes dark berries. The palate is structured and round, the tannins mellow and silky, the finish long and sapid. A lovely barrel to enjoy with a barbecue, grilled rib steak, or even chocolate mousse.

15€ all round on twil!
