Blue cheese: Blue cheese, with its bold, tangy flavor such as Roquefort or Gorgonzola, goes perfectly with sweet, syrupy wines such as Sauternes or Jurançon. The contrast between the sweet richness of the wine and the strength of the cheese creates an unforgettable taste experience.
Goat’s cheese : Goat’s cheese goes ideally with white wines from the same regions, such as Sauvignon Blanc, Sancerre or Chablis. You can also accompany goat’s cheese with a light red wine. In this case, choose wines such as Chinon or Beaujolais.
