Champagne Henri David-Heucq: This reserve brut is a blend of Pinot Meunier (85%), Chardonay (10%) and Pinot noir (5%) grapes from the Marne Valley at Fleury-la-Rivière. The cuvée is cellared for a minimum of 3 years. This medal-winning cuvée is rated 90/100 by Decanter and 16/20 by Jancis Robinson, so it’s a sure bet! On the nose, notes of yellow flesh fruits (mirabelle plum and plum) with hints of caramel make this a delicious wine. On the palate, fresh white-fleshed fruit aromas are supported by a lovely freshness.

La Sereine 2019- La Chablisienne: A dense, aromatic wine in the image of Chablis wines, it finds its balance between fat fruit, just the right acidity and a hint of minerality. This white wine is rated 90/100 by Decanter and 89/100 by Wine Enthusiast. The nose is fruity and sweet, revealing notes of white fruit and vanilla. Well-balanced on the palate, with fruity notes adding roundness.

Château de Cazenove 2016: The color of this exceptional vintage is brilliant and limpid, revealing a deep red hue with black highlights. Aromas express black cherry jam and crème de cassis. Full-bodied on the palate, with coated tannins and a smooth, long, persistent finish. This excellent Bordeaux Supérieur can be kept for 10 years! Rated 90/100 by Wine Enthusiast and 16/20 by Revue du Vin de France.

Cuvée Prestige 2022 – Château Minuty: This cuvée is made from carefully selected plots in Côtes de Provence. On the nose, subtle aromas of white flowers mingle with notes of melon. On the palate, this aromatic palette is rounded out by notes of citrus and fresh red fruit. It seduces with its velvety, fresh, gourmet mouthfeel. This is the TWIL team’s favorite!
