Bordeaux: Château Lamothe-Bergeron 2016

Rated 93/100 by James Suckling, this cuvée has a deep, intense expression, a great aromatic richness of fruit, and elegant oak. Accompanied by a mature Comté cheese or a chocolate fondant, this Haut-Médoc will delight your taste buds!

Burgundy: La Sereine 2019 -La Chablisienne

Rated 90/100 by Decanter, this dense, aromatic wine, in the image of Chablis wines, is a wine that finds its balance between the fatness of the fruit, the right acidity and a hint of minerality that gives it such a pleasant profile. Perfect as an aperitif or with a fish terrine.

Champagne: Brut Réserve – Henri David-Heucq

Loved by many critics, it’s our favorite of the season! This is a blend par excellence. Cuvée Réserve brut is a blend of Pinot meunier (85%), Chardonnay (10%) and Pinot noir (5%) grapes from the Marne Valley at Fleury-la-Rivière. The cuvée is cellared for a minimum of 3 years. Accompanied by scallops à la plancha, you’ll have an unforgettable time!

Rhône : Clos du Calvaire 2022

Clos du Calvaire is a red wine produced in the Rhône Valley region of France by Clos du Calvaire. This 2022 vintage comes from the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. On the nose, it’s a very supple wine with red fruit aromas, and on the palate, fresh notes of garrigue. A perfect accompaniment to barbecues.

Languedoc-Roussillon: Miraflors 2023 from the Lafarge estate

Cuvée Miraflors is a blend of 50% Mourvèdre, 30% Grenache Gris and 20% Grenache noir. This is the Domaine’s flagship cuvée! A lively, fruity wine with a gourmet finish, perfect with spaghetti bolognese, ham and cheese pizzas or even homemade hamburgers!

Loire: Pouilly Fumé Domaine des Mariniers – Vignoble Joseph Mellot

This cuvée won the gold medal at the Sakura Japan Wine competition, and is a revelation! Its fine nose combines notes of mango and lychee, with a fresh attack on the palate that evolves into roundness and orange citrus aromas. Make way for seafood, shellfish and fish!
