  • Champagne: Champagne Xavier Loriot (Sustainable agriculture)

The Xavier Loriot family estate works its vineyards rigorously, seeking to bring the most innovative methods to bear with sustainable agriculture. Recommended by the Guide Hachette, its favorite grape variety is Pinot Meunier, one of the three used to make its cuvées.

Cuvée 100S Extra Brut is an original creation by Champagne Xavier Loriot. It overturns codes to reveal only the essential: a wine with authentic aromas. A pleasure for lovers of purity. This unique cuvée is a source of vertiginous sensations, with a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. It goes equally well with foie gras and sushi.

Nose: notes of mango, orange, mirabelle plum, pineapple, toasted cereal, pear, almond

Palate: luscious fruitiness supported by fleshy fruit acidity

Scores: 92/100 G&G, 18/20 G&M, coup de coeur Twil

  • Bordeaux: Château de la Grave (for several generations, HVE)

An estate that has evolved from generation to generation! The latter has become a benchmark for the Bordeaux region. Both modern and authentic, our HVE-certified wines are based on the most environmentally-friendly agricultural practices.

Les Choses sans S is a 2021 red wine from the Côtes-de-Bourg appellation. Enjoy at around 16° with red meat or even grilled tuna.

Nose: clean and fruity, black cherry and fresh blackcurrant.

Palate: greedy and accessible, offering immediate pleasure

Notes: 90/100 RVF, coup de coeur Twil

  • Burgundy: Maison Chanzy (Côte de Beaune Young Winemaker of the Year 2012)

For more than three centuries, Maison Chanzy has been a historic figure in the Bouzeron appellation. His estate is HVE-certified and recommended by Wine Decider and Bettane et Desseauve. And for the record: it was owned by the last Duke of Burgundy.

Cuvée Bouzeron Clos de la fortune monopole 2020 is a white wine that goes perfectly with poultry, mushroom risotto or even oysters and shellfish.

  • Rhône: Château de Manissy (biodynamic, flagship estate in the Tavel appellation)

Château de Manissy is a historic property on the right bank of the Rhône. Managed by monks during the 20th century, Château de Manissy is an emblematic vineyard of the Tavel appellation. Always striving for excellence, the vineyard works daily for an agriculture that is ever more respectful of the environment and its terroirs.

Côtes du Rhône, Oracle is a red wine with all the characteristics of a good Rhône wine. A very well-balanced wine that goes perfectly with steak tartare or a cheese platter.

palate: well rounded, with a long aftertaste

  • Loire: Château de Rochefort (organic or in-conversion vintages)

A family estate producing top-quality white wines. The vineyard has several organic vintages and vintages undergoing organic conversion.

Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Aop is a unique white wine that goes perfectly with oysters and a seafood platter. This white wine stands out for its freshness, great fruitiness and pleasant minerality, inviting you to come back for more.

Nose: intense, fresh and fragrant, dominated by white fruit aromas (green apple, pineapple).

Palate: very fresh, lively attack. Balanced acidity and a pleasant saline touch.

  • Languedoc: Abbotts & Delaunay (organic and sustainable agriculture)

Recommended by Decanter & Parker Wine Advocate, Abbotts & Delaunay is an encounter between two wine enthusiasts and a unique, unspoiled terroir.

Cuvée A Tire D’aile is a white wine that goes perfectly with shellfish, reds with tapenade or even as an aperitif!

Nose: aromas of lemon zest, orange peel and minty verbena.

Palate: fresh, round wine with good intensity
