With foie gras

this sweet white wine from the Bordeaux region of France is a classic choice to accompany foie gras. It is known for its concentrated aromas, from the bitterness of candied orange to hints of salted butter caramel.
- Gewürztraminer: known for its floral and spicy aromas that go well with foie gras. Twil recommends Gewurztraminer Vieilles Vignes by Albert Hertz. Biodynamically produced, this white wine promises a full-bodied palate that reveals its complexity, with exotic notes that bring a freshness all its own.
With eggs
- Chardonnay, Elephant Hill Rated 92/100 by Decanter, this wine is a real nugget! It’s “an exceptional, elegant, rich and textured Kiwi Chardonnay from the original Te Awanga vineyard.” The fruity, slightly acidic flavors of this wine pair well with scrambled eggs, omelets and mimosa eggs.

gold medal at the Mâcon competition. On the nose, the fragrances are all finesse and no aggressiveness in the aromas. On the palate, this is a fresh, easy-drinking wine. Still with the grape flavors typical of dry muscats. This grape variety perfectly enhances the bitterness of white asparagus.

With seafood

For this, opt for powerful red wines such as the BordeauxCabernet Sauvignon or Syrah are classic choices to accompany lamb. Their firm tannins and robust body blend well with the latter.
