This house is the brainchild of two young entrepreneurs, Anthony Aubert and Jean Charles Mathieu, who recently launched their wine import and trading business not far from Carcassonne. However, these two young people are not simply traders. Very concerned about the environment and biodiversity, they meticulously select their grapes to produce only wines that respect the terroir and have a clean, distinguished taste. Just like this estate, the Cuv\u00e9e Marie Antoinette, in AOC Corbi\u00e8res, is a small, fruity, spicy wine, very expressive with minty nuances, which caresses the palate and disappears with finesse, in a long, sapid finish.
