The Lathevalle vineyard: healthy, selective cultivation<\/h2>\n

With established experience in the highly renowned Charmes area, the Lathevalle estate is characterized by its unique production method. Vines are still grown in the tradition of the last century, but in an ultra-reasoned way. Large-scale production takes full account of the quality requirements of the vines. There are no grapevine scratches. Finesse and selection of pure breeds are the guidelines for all production. The Lathevalle estate uses no chemical pesticides. Mechanical technologies are tested and approved to avoid soil depletion in the Charmes region. Gentle mechanics, meticulous ploughing and weeding characterize the vineyards of Domaine de Lathevalle. The vegetative cycle of each vine plant is also taken into account when growing plants on pebble blankets. Harvesting is done by hand to respect the sensitivity of the bunches and to sort them for quality.<\/p>\n
