And yet, you don&#8217;t need to uncork any fine bottles to appreciate its true value!  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Truffles go well with an infinite variety of dishes. A great wine that responds elegantly to black truffles.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Over time, Mercurey also develops undergrowth aromas that go very well with truffles and red meats. According to Enrico Bernardo, elected World&#8217;s Best Sommelier in 2004, the most important thing is that the wine has reached maturity.
