Kevin Judd is one of the region&#8217;s pioneering oenologists. In 2009, he set up his own estate, and the success was immediate.  <\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h4>The vineyard<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Located in Marlborough, this region is renowned for its cool, dry climate and rich silt and clay soils, making it an ideal terroir for the production of quality wines.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Greywacke estate covers 50 hectares, mainly devoted to the production of Sauvignon Blanc, the region&#8217;s emblematic grape variety. However, the vineyard also produces Pinot Noir, Pinot Noir and Pinot Noir.  <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/vin-champagne.ouest-france.fr\/comment-se-boit-le-chardonnay\/\"><br \/>\n  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chardonnay<\/span><br \/>\n<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and Riesling.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marlborough&#8217;s cool, dry climate results in elegant, expressive wines with intense aromas of tropical fruit, grapefruit and lime. Domaine Greywacke wines are renowned for their finesse, balance and long finish.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5>A lasting commitment<\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The latter is certified organic and complies with sustainability standards for viticulture and wine production. Similarly, the estate&#8217;s cellar is equipped with the latest technology to guarantee wine quality and preserve the unique characteristics of the terroir. This cuv\u00e9e is a &#8220;wild&#8221;, unfiltered Sauvignon Blanc produced from grapes grown using biodynamic methods. The grapes are fermented with natural yeasts present on the grape skins and in the cellar, giving the wine a unique aromatic complexity. The wine is aged on fine lees for 11 months, giving it a creamy texture and remarkable length on the palate. The critics love it&#8230; maybe you do too?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.twil.fr\/nouvelle-zelande\/marlborough\/marlborough\/pinot-noir-wine-41604.html#135526\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pinot Noir :<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  This cuv\u00e9e is made from the Pinot Noir grape variety, which is increasingly cultivated in the Marlborough region. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel tanks before being aged in French oak barrels for around 15 months. The wine is elegant and aromatic, with notes of cherry, raspberry and spice.  <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.twil.fr\/nouvelle-zelande\/marlborough\/marlborough\/chardonnay-wine-60053.html#229282\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chardonnay<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  : This cuv\u00e9e is produced from Chardonnay grapes grown on low-yield clay and loam soils. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks before being aged in French oak barrels for around 18 months. The wine is complex and balanced, with aromas of yellow fruit, vanilla and hazelnut. Atypical and comforting!  <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.twil.fr\/nouvelle-zelande\/marlborough\/marlborough\/riesling-wine-80315.html#221256\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Riesling :<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  This cuv\u00e9e is made from Riesling grapes grown on limestone-rich soils. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks before being aged on fine lees for around 6 months. The wine is fresh and aromatic, with notes of peach, apricot and lime.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All in all, the Greywacke estate is a little nugget straight out of New Zealand.
