Le Chant is located on what were once four separate estates, the center of which was known as Eikenhof, a winery in the Polkadraai Hills of Stellenbosch, east of Cape Town.<\/p>\n

The vineyard benefits from an atypical terroir. The area is characterized by gently rolling hills at altitudes ranging from 220 to 280 meters above sea level. The slopes face mainly south and southwest, exposing them to refreshing sea breezes from the surrounding bays.<\/p>\n

Thanks to a sunny, windy microclimate, Le Chant grapes retain their acidity, which translates into a nervous acid tension on the palate when tasted. Freshness guaranteed!<\/p>\n

This elegance is complemented by fresh floral notes on the nose, subtle underlying red berries and spices that reveal themselves as the wine ages in the glass. Le Chant blanc:<\/a> Rated 91\/100 by Tim Atkin, this wine has a full, rich mouthfeel with layered aromas of stone fruit, white apple and a hint of orange blossom.
