For each grape variety, you’ll find a list of the wines rated highest by the Twil community. It is organized into two parts: grape varieties for red wine and grape varieties for white wine.<\/p>\n

Note, however, that it is not illogical for some red grapes to be used for white wine. Indeed, the color of wine depends on how it is produced. If the skins of red grapes are left to macerate in the juice, the wine is colored, but if this is not done, some red grapes can give white wines! This is the production method used for ros\u00e9 wines, which you won’t find in this classification.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”16px”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
